Friday 12 pm - 6 pm

Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm

Sunday, 10 am to 3 pm

Vendors of Mule Deer Days are not just suppliers of sports products. They are pillars of conservation, symbolizing the heart of our event. Mule Deer Days aims not just to amplify wildlife and hunting conservation, but also to show how every business, big or small, can play an essential role in making a change. Vendor Requirements
Vendors must be an outdoor, hunting, or conservation-oriented business to be eligible to apply.

Please note that there are changes for the 2027 event. All applicants are encouraged to carefully review the revised details and requirements prior to submitting an application.

To secure your spot, all outlined requirements must be met in full.

Deadline
Your completed application and at least 50% of the total fees must be received by January 1, 2027, to secure your spot. If total fees are paid by December 1, 2026, vendor will receive $50 off the fees. Applications will be accepted until the end of February 1, 2027, and all fees must be paid in full.

Booth Fees

• 10’ x 10’: $300

• 10’ x 20’: $500

• Each additional 10’ space: +$100

Non-Profit Booths

• 10’ x 10’: $100

• Location: Pronghorn Room (an extension of the main exhibit hall)

• Limited to 10 spaces total
